Make your mark for patients 患者さんのためにあなたの力を発揮してください We are looking for an IT Services Sites Lead, Japan & China who is technically strong, service-oriented, and collaborative to join our IT team, based in our Tokyo office in Japan. This role provides leadership across Japan sites while coordinating IT site operations and service delivery activities in China. About the role You will be responsible for Go-to-Market (G2M) and Science & Technology Services (S&TS) site support, ensuring operational stability across the Tokyo office, Saitama Plant, Sales Offices, and providing operational oversight and coordination for China sites. Acting as the primary IT contact for Japan and coordinating local IT support activities in China, you will ensure a seamless end-user experience by overseeing IT infrastructure, service desk operations, onsite IT support, facilities-related IT systems, engineering support, and local application support while aligning with global IT strategies and standards. This is not a hands-on engineering role. The successful candidate should have a strong technical foundation
